We have been using NetFlow Analyzer for the purpose of monitoring the bandwidth consumption across the school network spread around 35 sites at Elizabeth, NJ. Network Configuration Manager has helped us save a great deal of time. We can roll out configuration changes to numerous network devices within minutes rather than hours, or even days. Now we can push out a config change in real time or schedule it for after hours. It also allows us to take advantage of the central repository for all network devices by automatically backing up our configurations. This automated approach allows us to sleep at night knowing that we always have the most up-to-date configurations of our devices. The web interface quickly gives you a user friendly snapshot of the status of your devices, providing you with the knowledge of what devices are backed up, not backed up, have start/run conflicts, etc.

Applications Manager is one of the best products I have seen and worked on. Highly recommended.

We can now effectively reconcile which licenses we are using in the organization and assign the cost to the business unit. We were also able to identify a number of license changes that could be put in place that reduced our total O365 spending.

OpUtils has provided us a detailed and intuitive interface to easily manage our IP space and switch ports. We can easily find any system on our network through their switch port mapper tool and also quickly identify possible security violations.

RecoveryManager Plus is an excellent product. It has given us peace of mind that we can quickly recover should something happen to our AD.

With Password Manager Pro, managing the growing list of system passwords has become much simpler. We have done away with the insecure practice of keeping the passwords in printouts. Password Manager Pro has improved our performance and overall security of the systems we manage on a daily-basis.

Our biggest challenge was going to every machine in the company to run updates. Being able to automate patch deployment, this tool saves a lot of time and is worth the money.

In the past nothing was centralised. We used different software for different needs and accessed over 1000 devices manually. I love the fact that it has work load balancing especially for our technicians, the calls can be distributed evenly. It saved us a significant amount of time as we were logging calls on the system that was implemented for the whole of Gauteng & it was not easy to get reports from the system.
