Why should you renew your ManageEngine License?
Annual Maintenance and Support for Perpetual licenses gives you access to support, security improvements, bug fixes and additional features and functionality.
On Subscription renewals it is important to note that the ManageEngine EULA (End-user License Agreement) states that subscription licenses need to be renewed 10 days prior to expiry to prevent crucial downtime.

The licenses are based on 12-month subscription period, but you can renew for 3 to 5 years at a time too. Get in contact with us to find out what the benefits are of renewing for an extended period.
Can I align my existing products to all expire at the same time?
Upon renewal, we can co-term the licenses to expire on the same day.
Will I face any penalty fees If I do not renew in time?
We do not charge any penalty fees for licenses that are past the renewal date.
However, licenses on the Perpetual model will be charged for backdated AMS.
